1. Shipping Destinations & Cost
We currently ship to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping is fully covered by SneakerBase on every order, regardless of size or value.
2. Handling Time
1 – 4 business days (Monday through Saturday)

Pack your order securely for transit
3. Delivery Timeframes (DHL)
All orders are shipped via DHL, a trusted global courier.
Once your order is handed over to DHL:
Transit time: 6 – 12 business days (Monday through Saturday)
Total estimated delivery: 7 – 16 business days from checkout

5. Order Tracking (DHL)
As soon as your order is dispatched with DHL, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment directly on the DHL website or through their mobile app — full visibility from our warehouse to your door.
6. Important Note on Delivery Times
All delivery estimates are calculated in business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). We always dispatch our orders directly from our logistics hub in Greece. While transit times are kept within our 7–16 business day window, minor carrier delays may occasionally occur during peak seasonal periods.
