Return & Refund Policy

At SneakerPrime, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your footwear, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Return Window

You have the right to return your products within 14 days from the day you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging (the shoe box).

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or an exchange, please contact us at info@sneakerprime.eu.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The reason for the return/exchange

We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, SneakerPrime will cover the full cost of return shipping.

  • Personal Preference / Change of Mind: If you wish to return or exchange a product for reasons such as a change of mind or wrong size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparency. SneakerPrime does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for different sizes or models, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new pair to you at no additional shipping cost.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card via Stripe).

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
