Return & Refund Policy, No Drama, Just Returns

We keep it simple. If something doesn’t work out, you’ve got options, all in line with EU consumer protection rules. No restocking fees, no runaround.


1. Your 14‑Day Window

You’ve got 14 days from delivery to decide if they’re staying or going. To qualify:

  • Must be unworn and unused

  • All original tags still attached

  • In the original shoe box, yeah, the box matters


2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Hit us up at info@thesneakerbase.eu and include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for the return or swap

We’ll shoot back instructions on where to send your package.
⚠️ Don’t send anything without hitting us up first,  unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

You cover the shipping cost to send them back. We keep it real, no hidden fees on our end.


4. No Restocking Fees

We don’t charge you for sending stuff back. That’s not how we move.


5. Exchanges, Want a Different Size or Model?

If you’re swapping for a different size or model, just let us know. As long as the item is still in unworn, original condition, we’ll ship the replacement at no extra shipping cost once we receive and check the return.


6. Refunds, When You Get Your Money Back

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Timeline: Give it up to 14 days to show up in your account, depends on your bank or card issuer, not us.
