Welcome to SneakerPrime. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, sneakerprime.eu, and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. General Conditions
Eligibility: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Company Information: This website is owned and operated by SneakerPrime, a company registered in Greece (VAT: GR066327681), with its registered office at Frizi 5, Preveza, Epirus, 48100, Greece.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Greece.
2. Products and Pricing
Authenticity Guarantee: All products sold by SneakerPrime are 100% authentic and genuine. We source our inventory exclusively from verified international suppliers and authorized distribution channels.
Pricing Errors: While we strive for absolute accuracy, technical errors may occur. In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., a product listed significantly below market value due to a system glitch), we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.
Product Presentation: We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be perfectly accurate. Minor aesthetic deviations do not constitute a product defect.
3. Order Cancellations
Preparation Stage: You may cancel your order at any time during the preparation stage (before dispatch) at no cost.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you must follow our Return Policy upon receipt of the package.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping to all serviced countries.
Handling & Transit: Our handling time is 1–4 business days (Monday–Saturday). Estimated transit time via DHL is 6–12 business days.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 10:00 AM (EET) begin processing the same business day.
5. Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product. Items must be unworn, in their original shoe box, and with all tags attached.
Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is verified as defective or incorrect.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees for processing returns.
Refunds: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (Stripe) within 14 days.
6. Authenticity Claims & Verification
To maintain the integrity of our brand and protect our customers, the following protocol applies to authenticity inquiries:
Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery if you have concerns regarding a product’s authenticity.
Verification Requirement: Any claim must be supported by independent third-party verification (e.g., an official brand statement or a certified professional authentication service). Subjective opinions or photos alone are not considered sufficient proof.
Review Process: Upon receipt of valid verification within the 48-hour window, we will conduct a full internal audit. substantiated claims will be resolved in full accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including the SneakerPrime logo, web design, text, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of SneakerPrime. Unauthorized use of our brand assets or photography is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
SneakerPrime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to access our website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
