We try to keep everything accurate, but mistakes happen. If a price is wrong, we might have to cancel the order and refund you. No hard feelings.

We do our best to show the real colors and details. But monitors vary, small differences aren’t flaws.

3. Canceling Your Order

Before it ships
Changed your mind? All good. Cancel anytime before we ship, no cost, no drama.

After it ships
Once it’s out the door and you’ve got a tracking number, it’s too late to cancel. Just hit up our return policy when it lands.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping
Yeah, you read that right. Free to every country we serve.

How long it takes
We pack orders in 1–4 business days (Monday–Saturday). Then it’s in transit for 6–12 business days.

Total wait time
Expect your gear in about 7–16 business days from checkout.

Cut‑off time
Order before 10:00 AM (EET) and we start processing it the same day.

5. Returns & Refunds

14 days to change your mind
EU law says you’ve got 14 days after delivery to return. Just make sure kicks are unworn, box is original, and tags are still on.

Return shipping on you
You cover the return shipping cost. We don’t charge restocking fees, that’s not how we roll.

Refunds
Once we approve it, refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

6. What If You Think It’s Not Legit?

If something feels off, hit us up within **48 hours** of delivery.

Proof matters
We’ll need independent third‑party verification, like a brand statement or certified authentication. Pics alone won’t cut it.

We’ll check it
If your claim is solid and submitted in time, we’ll sort it out according to EU consumer rules.

8. Liability, Keep It Real

We’re not responsible for indirect damage from using our products or site. Worst case? Our liability never goes beyond what you paid for the item.
