At SneakerBase, we stand behind what we sell. Every pair you cop from us is backed by the legal guarantee period under EU consumer protection laws. If something’s off from the jump, we sort it out. No stress.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults, stuff that shouldn’t happen with normal use. Think:
Sole delamination: Sole peeling off because the adhesive didn’t hold
Hardware failure: Broken eyelets or lace loops straight out the box
Structural failure: Major stitching coming undone under normal wear
Real talk, this isn’t a “beat your kicks into the ground and get a new pair” policy. We don’t cover:
Normal wear and tear: Sole fading, creasing, color wearing off — that’s on you
Misuse: Machine washing, throwing them in extreme heat, or using lifestyle sneakers for intense sports
Accidents: Scuffs, cuts, or anything that happened after you started wearing them
Modifications: If you took them to a cobbler or customized them, the warranty’s out
Damage on arrival? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Don’t sleep on this.
Hidden defect? If something shows up later during the guarantee period, reach out as soon as you spot it.

Our team checks it out. If it’s a confirmed manufacturing defect, we go in this order:
Repair, if possible
Replace, same pair, if we got it in stock
Refund, full or partial, if repair or replacement isn’t an option
Defect confirmed? We cover return and replacement shipping. On us.
Claim denied (misuse, normal wear, etc.)? You cover the shipping and inspection fees.
